| Australia Reserves Band I for DRM+20th November 2005 Quoting from the web page: "The DRM technology is also being adapted to operate in broadcasting frequency bands below 120 MHz. While this includes the current FM radio band, the most promising spectrum likely to become available in Australia is the current VHF Band I television spectrum used for channels 0, 1 and 2 (ie. 45-50 MHz and 56-70 MHz). With DRM+ being able to provide good audio quality radio stations in just 50 kHz of spectrum, then reserving about 20 MHz of spectrum means there would theoretically be 400 channel slots for DRM+ to use!
