BBC Showing Commercial TV Adverts for DAB

The following image is a screen capture from the current BBC7 TV advertising campaign which shows a close-up of the Panasonic RF-D1 DAB radio. How on earth is this allowed on BBC TV which is not supposed to show commercial adverts?

 

 

Seeing as Richard & Judy were fined £5,000 by Ofcom last week for product placement, I'd suggest that the BBC7 TV advertising campaign is at the very least product placement because it will undoubtedly increase the sales of Panasonic RF-D1 DAB radios more than other DAB products.
