ETSI Adopts DVB-H for European Mobile TV Standard


6th December 2004

The European Telecommunications Standards Institute, ETSI, have adopted DVB-H as the standard for mobile TV services in Europe.

Nokia also announced that they plan to bring a commercial mobile phone handset with integrated DVB-H receiver to market globally in 2006.
